From printed statements to digital delivery.

The challenge

A Caribbean retail bank needed online access to cheque documents and credit-card statements generated from print-oriented data.

The contribution

• Before founding Crixus, Jermaine served as technical lead across two document-delivery integrations.
• Integrated internal APIs and converted statement data into customer-specific PDFs for the authenticated portal.
• Guided another developer and supported security review, code audit responses, deployment documentation, and on-site issue resolution.

The outcome

The statement integration enabled the bank to phase out printing, packaging, and mailing credit-card statements.

Project context

This was delivered through a former employer, not Crixus. Bank, vendor, and internal systems remain anonymous; current operating status is not asserted.
