The challenge

Sujes explores governed software delivery. Assemblor is its agent-operations layer, used in internal work and a paid-client pilot.

The contribution

• Organized coding, testing, auditing, and review responsibilities across role-separated agents.
• Used isolated Kubernetes workspaces with GitLab work items, source control, and pipelines.
• Retained human steering, acceptance testing, and approval under Jermaine’s control.

The outcome

The paid-work pilot demonstrated a practical workflow for AI-assisted implementation under senior review. It is an evolving delivery approach, not a fully autonomous development operation.
